Neckware

Each necklace is made using my lampwork beads, stones, and other various findings.  All lampwork beads and wirework are handmade by me, Christi Klein, in my home studio.  The lampwork beads are cleaned and properly annealed in a digital kiln for durability and strength.

Click for Detail	Spreading Tranquility Spoon Necklace What a cute spoon necklace, it has a bit of whimsy to it. I used a sterling silver spoon to frame on eof my handmade lampwork beads. The bead has beautiful colors of white, lavender, periwinkle and various blues. I tied the bead into the spoon with spirals of sterling silver wire. This necklace hangs on a beautiful hand dyed silk ribbon made by a wonderful etsian, kasbeads. Click for Detail	Earthen Vessel Necklace What a beautiful necklace, it has a bit of whimsy to it. I hand forged a frame of sterling silver. The vessel in this necklace is one of my handmade lampwork hollow glass vessels in colors of smoke rings and a reduction frit that gives mottled colors of teal, golden yellow and green. The vessel is hollow with a corked topper. Since it is hollow, they can hold your favorite essential oil, perfume, magical potion or anything that can fit in a 3/16 inch hole. The topper, an accent bead and sterling silver beads wired thru the cork, is attached to the vessel by a sterling silver chain, so it won't get lost. I wire wrapped the vessel to the sterling silver frame with a smaller gauge of sterling wire. This necklace hangs on a beautiful hand dyed silk ribbon made by a wonderful etsian, kasbeads. Click for Detail	In The Forest Necklace A great necklace to wear for any occasion. I designed the necklace using one of my lampwork beads in a combination of olive green, french and glacier blues and SIS. The lampwork bead is suspended within a sterling silver wirewrapped frame, then is strung onto a beautiful hand-dyed silk ribbon. I finished it off with wirewrapped sodalite. It came out quite nicely. Pendant measures approx. 80 mm long by approx. 77 mm wide. The necklace is adjustable, a silk ribbon so you tie it in the back. The necklace comes in a nice velvet bag.

Click for Detail	Little Bird Necklace A cute whisical little necklace. This necklace is done in gorgeous colors of olive green, opal yellow, and rubino. I used one of my lampworked beads, with a sterling wire wrapped hanger. I used a tourmaline briolette and beads of tourmaline and citrine for the finishing touchs. This necklace hangs on olive colored silk ribbon with tourmaline chips sewn into the edges. The silk ribbon has a big holed bead to allow you adjust the necklace to your desired length. Click for Detail	Pretty Fish Necklace A great necklace to wear just for fun. I designed the necklace using one of my lampworked fish beads and two coordinating lampwork beads with sterling silver waves on top. I added little drops of real apatite and aquamarine. I finished it off with one of my large holed lampwork beads on a hand-dyed silk ribbon. The necklace can be adjusted to any length. It came out quite nicely. Pretty fish bead measures approx. 20 mm long by approx. 34 mm wide. The pendant measures 55 mm in total length. The necklace comes in a nice velvet bag. 1 in stock

Click for Detail	Morning Meadow Necklace This necklace features some of my lampwork beads strung on mutiple threads.  Tiny seed beads accent and move along the threads.  A focal lampwork bead is knotted on the side.  The bead caps in the back that hold all the threads are made of lampwork as well.  I made a sterling silver swirled hook for a fastener.  This would look very pretty as an accessory for a sundress.  The necklace is about 20" long. 1 in stock
